Student Volunteers 
Qualification
Maximum 4 volunteer students are expected. Volunteers must be the participants of the RO-MAN 2009. No experience is necessary. We are looking for enthusiastic, intelligent, and reliable students.
Date and hour
Sep. 28 – Oct. 1, 2009 (4 days)
Time appointed for assembling is 8:00 a.m.
Location
Toyama International Conference Center, Toyama, Japan.
Benefits and Duties
As a student volunteer for RO-MAN 2009, you will receive Free Conference fee.
In return, student volunteers will be asked to work full time in a day over the course of the conference. Typical student volunteer duties consist of working the session support, and anything else that helps the conference run smoothly. You will be excused from jobs during the session which you make a presentation.
