Sponsorship of ROMAN 2009

ROMAN 2009 offers sponsorship opportunities for interested corporations. Any company interested in sponsoring will receive the items listed below as a part of their sponsorship package. If you are interested in being a sponsor please contact the exhibits chair and fill out the sponsorship form.

 Important Dates
      Submission deadline:　　July 31, 2009 ( extended )

Gold Sponsorship: 300,000 yen (or USD 3,000) (includes items listed below)

     - Logo inside of Program Guide stating company as a gold sponsor
     - Name prominently displayed onsite.
     - Company banner/link on conference webpage
     - Half page black/white advertisement in the RO-MAN 2009 Program Guide
     - Half page color advertisement in Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM)
     - Two complimentary conference registrations
     - Free brochure insert in conference registration pack

Platinum Sponsorship: 500,000 yen (or USD 5,000) (includes items listed below)

     - Logo inside of Program Guide stating company as a gold sponsor
     - Name prominently displayed onsite.
     - Company banner/link on conference webpage
     - One page black/white advertisement in the RO-MAN 2009 Program Guide
     - One page color advertisement in Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM)
     - Four complimentary conference registrations
     - Free brochure insert in conference registration pack

Exhibiting at RO-MAN 2009

The exhibition space is offered for interested corporation at 150,000 yen (or USD 1,500) per exhibit booth (2.4m x 1.8m). We welcome university and institute exhibitors as well as corporate. If you are interested in being an exhibitor please contact the exhibits chair and fill out the exhibit form.

Registration fee

     - 150,000 yen (or USD 1,500)
*for Early registration
     - 130,000 yen (or USD 1,300) before May  31
     - 140,000 yen (or USD 14,00) before June 30
