Flyer insertion and putting service

RO-MAN 2009 offers flyer insertion & putting service for interested companies. If you interested in the services, Please contact secretariat@ro-man2009.org and fill out the form.

Important Dates

1. Flyer insertion service: 40,000 JPY
   • Insert the flyer in conference registration pack (A4, one flyer, 400 copies)
2. Flyer putting service: 10,000 JPY
   • Putting the flyer on the desk near to the registration desk (one sheet of A4 size flyer, 400 copies).
   • If you're putting your flyers by yourself at Toyama, it'll be free of charge.

Note

Fee for printing of flyers and shipping are not included. You must prepare 400 copies of flyers and pay for the shipping fee by yourself.
