RO-MAN2009 Conference Registration 
Please register for RO-MAN2009 from the following link Online Registration button. Please complete your registration by logging-in to your Personal Page. If you have not yet registered your personal information, please first complete the required items on ID Application page in order to acquire your ID and Password.
The registration web site has been closed on Sep. 10th. But we welcome those who wish to attend RO-MAN2009 at anytime. On-site registration will be available at the conference venue Toyama during the conference period. If you have any inquires concerning the hotel reservation at Toyama, please contact to our contracted tour company JTB.

The registration system is operated by JTB Western Japan Corp. JTB has been appointed as an official travel agent for the Conference and will handle registration and hotel accommodations.

- Registrants can attend any of the workshops and tutorials to be held during the conference period.

- Japan-Korea Seminar is free of charge. No conference or workshop registration is required for those who want to attend this seminar ONLY.

Hotel Reservation
- In order to receive financial support from Toyama Pref. to ROMAN2009, we need to count the number of nights you'll stay in Toyama.
- So when you check-in the hotel, please declare that "YOU'LL STAY FOR ROMAN2009" at the hotel front desk.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on or before August 20, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (JPY 10,000). Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference. Note that on or after August 21, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution (paper/video) for RO-MAN2009, your registration fee cannot be refunded. In case of outstanding early registration fee before August 20, standard registration fee will be required.
